We are looking for a detail-oriented PCB Assembly Operator / Assembler to join our production team. You will manually assemble high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) by placing components and performing accurate hand-soldering.
Key Responsibilities
- Component Placement: Populate PCBs with electronic parts using tweezers and microscopes.
- Hand Soldering: Perform high-quality hand-soldering on SMT and Through-Hole components.
- Blueprint Reading: Follow assembly drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Quality Checks: Visually inspect boards for defects like solder bridges or misalignments.
- Rework & Repair: Fix or replace defective parts using desoldering tools.
- Safety & ESD: Follow strict Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols to protect components.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI in Electrical (preferred) or Electronics.
- Experience: 1–3 years of electronic assembly or PCB manufacturing experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in fine-pitch hand soldering.
- Physical Abilities: Excellent hand-eye coordination, close-up vision, and ability to sit/stand for an 8-hour shift.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
