- Knowledge of retail sales and customer service.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in sales or online marketing is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media pages and promote our products online.
- Create product posts, photos and promotional content.
- Handle online enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers and manage retail sales in the shop.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Support daily sales operations and help achieve sales targets.
