- Operate and set up CNC Turning Lathe
- Interpret engineering drawings for machining operations.
- Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and program loading.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- keep work area clean and maintain 5S.
- Optimize machining parameters for productivity and tool life.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain production quality standards.
- Report daily production and highlight any technical issues to supervisors.
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turning Lathe.
- Knowledge of CNC programming basics and G/M codes preferred.
- Familiarity with cutting tools, Turning processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
- Experience in medium-scale manufacturing or mold/tooling industry is desirable.
Candidate Preffered Profile
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Team-oriented with valuable communication skills.
