Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, and other applicable labour laws.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and established SOPs.
- Draft, review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal circulars.
- Monitor employee discipline, workplace conduct, punctuality, and adherence to company rules.
- Track employee productivity, work performance, task completion, and target achievement.
- Identify productivity gaps, policy violations, and performance deviations, and escalate concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain employee records, statutory registers, contractor labour documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with Site HR, Accounts, Finance, and department heads for payroll, compliance, and workforce management.




- Ensure timely statutory filings, challan payments, audits, and compliance documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Civil Construction industry only.
- Robust knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and applicable labour laws.
- Practical experience in HR policy implementation, employee discipline, and productivity monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
