Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete responsibility for the assigned classroom and learning workplace.
- Plan and prepare engaging learning activities, teaching materials, and display boards.
- Conduct interactive sessions including storytelling, music, arts & crafts, imaginative play, games, early literacy, and numeracy activities.
- Support children's holistic development through creative, science, and technology-based learning experiences.
- Monitor classroom hygiene, safety, and daily routines while guiding classroom support staff.
- Handle parent interactions, conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings, and provide meaningful feedback on each child's progress.
- Prepare student reports and portfolios each term.
- Ensure the school's curriculum, policies,
and philosophy are effectively implemented.
Eligibility:
- Graduate with relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications preferred.
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
