About the Role

EAX Media is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing Project Manager who can take complete ownership of project execution, team coordination, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a rapid-paced digital marketing environment. We need someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, identifies issues proactively, and ensures work gets completed without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage digital marketing projects from planning to execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate SEO, content, paid advertising, analytics, and other marketing teams.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively resolve delays, blockers, and operational issues.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality by reviewing deliverables, requirements, and client approvals.
- Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities, deadlines, and work quality.
- Maintain project trackers, SOPs, documentation, and reports using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions clearly to management and stakeholders.

Requirements





- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and website optimization workflows.
- Strong leadership, ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Ability to identify problems, take initiative, and make decisions independently.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
