Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Billing Engineer with 12–15 years of experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, contractor billing, cost control, and client billing documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and submit client bills, including Running Account (RA) bills and final bills, for building construction projects.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), detailed quantity estimates, and cost calculations as per drawings and project specifications.
- Handle subcontractor and vendor bills, including verification of measurements, quantities, rates, and supporting documents.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for civil, structural, finishing, and other building construction works.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.
- Prepare rate analysis, variation statements, extra-item bills, and deviation statements.
- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and material consumption to support cost control.
- Maintain measurement books (MB), reconciliation statements, billing records, and other project documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings, BOQs, and executed quantities and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Review contractual terms, payment conditions, and billing clauses to ensure compliance.
- Track bill submissions, certifications,



payment status, and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare periodic billing reports and provide updates to management regarding project costs and billing progress.
- Supervise and guide junior billing engineers and quantity surveyors.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination for client audits and final account settlements.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in building construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Robust knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, residential and commercial building projects.
- Experience in client billing, contractor billing, RA bills, and final bill preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/quantity estimation software.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, measurement standards, and billing procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
