TactByte is a DPIIT-recognised technology startup from Guwahati. We help local businesses grow with websites, WhatsApp automation and smart tools that bring them more customers.
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to meet business owners across Guwahati and bring in new clients.
What you will do
- Visit clinics, diagnostic centres, coaching institutes, hotels, builders and furniture showrooms in Guwahati
- Explain our services in simple language (full training given)
- Show demos on your phone and collect interested leads
- Follow up on calls and WhatsApp and close deals
- Update a simple daily report (Google Sheet)
Who we are looking for
- Lives in Guwahati and has own two-wheeler with a valid licence
- Speaks Assamese and Hindi fluently; basic English
- 1+ year in field sales (insurance, telecom, real estate, pharma/medical rep,
or similar). Freshers with strong confidence may also apply.
- Comfortable talking to shop and business owners
- No technical knowledge needed
What you get
- Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Fuel allowance: ₹2,000/month
- Attractive commission on every client you close, plus monthly bonus on repeat clients
