Job Summary

Akira Fresh is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Business Development Manager to expand its international business, develop new export markets, and build strong relationships with international buyers and distributors.

The ideal candidate should have experience in export sales, international business development, export documentation, and global client management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international markets for the company's products.
- Generate export business opportunities and acquire international clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, and international buyers.
- Research international markets, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Coordinate export orders, shipping, logistics, and documentation.
- Understand international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Develop strategies to achieve export sales targets and increase international revenue.
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions,



and B2B meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Monitor international market trends and prepare business development reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in export sales or international business development.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new markets and generate international business leads.
- Knowledge of international shipping, logistics, and payment terms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting.
- Knowledge of international markets and foreign trade regulations.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the food, FMCG, frozen food, meat, or agricultural products industry will be an advantage.
