Position: Senior Sales Manager

Industry: Travel & Tourism (Marine / Corporate / Leisure)

Work Location: Andheri west

Experience: 5-10 + Years

Salary Range: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager from the travel and corporate /marine domain to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and lead high-value client relationships across corporate, leisure, and marine travel segments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and manage key corporate & marine client accounts

Sell marine travel, corporate, leisure, and customized travel solutions

· Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

· Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and successfully close deals

Coordinate closely with operations, ticketing, and marine teams for seamless service delivery





Conduct market research to identify new trends and sales opportunities

· Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and performance reports

· Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of proven experience in travel sales, preferably marine / offshore / crew travel

Robust background in B2B, corporate, and key account management

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

In-depth knowledge of travel products, fares, marine logistics, and supplier networks

Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

· Experience in marine travel or offshore crew handling will be a strong advantage

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
