Job Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will help customers plan their holidays by understanding their requirements, recommending suitable destinations and packages, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

We welcome applications from fresh graduates and postgraduate candidates, particularly those with qualifications in Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related fields. Experienced candidates with relevant travel industry knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel enquiries.
- Understand customers’ travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Recommend destinations, hotels, sightseeing activities, and holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, visa teams, and other travel partners.




- Provide customer support before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and industry developments.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers.

Eligibility – Freshers

Freshers with a genuine interest in travel and tourism are welcome to apply.

Preferred qualifications and qualities:

- Graduation or post-graduation in Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
- Interest in domestic and international destinations.
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Willingness to work in a sales-oriented, target-driven environment.

Eligibility – Experienced Candidates

Candidates with experience in travel consultancy, travel sales, tour operations, or holiday package sales are encouraged to apply.

Preferred skills include:

- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience handling travel enquiries and preparing quotations.
- Understanding of hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers, and holiday packages.
- Strong customer-handling, follow-up, and sales conversion skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
