We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment, to manage accounting operations, taxation, compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance and tax reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable and customer/vendor reconciliations.
- Handle inventory, stock reconciliation and manufacturing accounting.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, cash flow and financial reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and other departments.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Monitor product costing, manufacturing expenses and inventory valuation.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Positive analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and finance operations.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing/factory accounting, product costing, inventory and GST compliance.
