Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.

2.Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

3.Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, 3D designs, BOQs, material specifications, and presentations.

4.Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

5.Supervise project execution to ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans and quality standards.

6.Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources effectively.

7.Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution-related issues.

8.Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements.

9.Review drawings and ensure accuracy, functionality, and design consistency.

10.Lead and mentor junior designers and design teams.

11.Ensure projects are delivered within agreed quality, timeline, and budget parameters.





Required Skills & Qualifications

1.Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2.15+ years of relevant experience in interior design.

3.Robust knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction processes.

4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/V Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.

5.Strong project management and team leadership skills.

6.Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

7.Strong understanding of site execution and technical drawings.

8.Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

9.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per month
