Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. The candidate will support recruitment activities, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. This is an excellent prospect for freshers who want to start their careers in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
- Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Support onboarding, employee induction, and employee record management.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and general HR administration.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant HR qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
