Name:

Designation: Supervisor – Warehouse Operations

Department: Warehouse & Logistics

Reporting to: Executive – Warehouse Operations

Direct Reportees: Warehouse labour (company and outsourced)

Work Allotment

· Take the daily work plan from the Executive / Manager and allot work to the labour.

· Make sure labour reports on time; mark daily attendance of company and outsourced labour.

· Supervise work in receiving, cleaning, repairs and packing; make sure it is finished on time.

· Shift labour from one area to another as per the workload.

· Issue tools and equipment to labour and collect them back at the end of the day.

Work Supervision

· Supervise loading and unloading; make sure heavy parts are lifted and tied safely.

· Count material loaded / unloaded against the load list; report any shortage or damage.

· Make sure labour follows safety rules.

· Make sure all parts are handled with care – no dragging, throwing or wrong stacking.

· Check that fabrics are washed, dried and folded properly,



and frames are cleaned.

· Check repair work and show repaired items to the Executive for final checking.

· Make sure every item is put back in its fixed place after work.

· Allow only trained persons to use forklifts, cranes and welding machines.

· Keep walkways and work areas clear; report any accident or injury immediately.

· Maintain discipline – no smoking, alcohol or misbehaviour; report issues to the Executive.

Work Reporting

· Give a daily report to the Executive – work done, pending work, attendance and problems.

· Report broken tools or machines, and shortage of cleaning or repair materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
