We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Pool Attendant to oversee the pool deck, maintain a secure and clean environment, and deliver exceptional service to guests. In this role, you will ensure all safety rules are followed, maintain pool equipment and lounge areas, and assist guests with towels, amenities, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service & Safety:
- Greet guests, assist with seating, and provide towels, umbrellas, and pool amenities.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guests adhere to safety rules and resort/facility guidelines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, or concerns.
- Report any safety hazards, water quality issues, or disruptive behavior to management.
- Facility & Pool Maintenance:
- Keep the pool deck, cabanas, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Set up, adjust, and sanitize lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas throughout the day.
- Collect dirty towels, load/unload laundry, and maintain clean towel stock levels.
- Perform basic pool maintenance tasks, such as skimming debris, checking chemical levels (if certified),



and cleaning pool tiles.
- Operations & Inventory:
- Open and close the pool facility daily following established checklist procedures.
- Monitor inventory of pool towels, pool toys, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Assist with pool side food and beverage orders or coordinate with service staff where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Previous customer service, hospitality, resort, or recreational facility experience is preferred.
- Certifications: First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, lift up to 30–50 lbs (e.g., stack of lounge chairs or equipment), and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun/heat).
- Soft Skills: Friendly personality, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
