Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident intern to connect with schools that our team has already approached regarding our products and services. The primary responsibility will be to call school representatives, gather their feedback, understand their experience and requirements, and maintain accurate records of every interaction.

This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and want to gain practical experience in customer relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Call schools that have already been contacted by our team to collect feedback on Eak Pustak's products and services.
- Speak professionally with principals, school administrators, teachers, or other relevant representatives.
- Understand the school's level of interest, requirements, concerns, and overall response to our offerings.
- Collect feedback regarding product features, pricing, usability, service quality, and potential improvements.
- Record call outcomes, feedback,



follow-up requirements, and important observations in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Identify schools interested in further discussions, demonstrations, or potential collaboration and share these leads with the concerned team.
- Conduct follow-up calls whenever required.
- Prepare brief daily or weekly reports summarising feedback, responses, and key findings.
- Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with school representatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with school representatives.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
- Good listening, documentation, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
