ACCOUNTANT

Position: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the company's daily accounting operations, financial records, banking transactions, billing, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily books of accounts and financial records.
- Record all cash, bank, sales, purchase, and expense transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Manage bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Maintain employee salary, attendance, and expense records.
- Maintain property-related financial records, including booking amounts, customer payments, brokerage, commissions, and construction expenses, wherever applicable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on dues.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of financial information.
- Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.




- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, banking, and basic taxation.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with experience in real estate, construction, property dealing, or a construction-related company will be preferred.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Working hours and salary will be discussed during the interview.
- The candidate will report directly to the management.
