We're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive who can identify potential clients, connect with business decision-makers, and generate qualified leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and website development services.
- Research potential clients, businesses, and target industries.
- Use LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, online directories, and other lead generation tools.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
- Reach out to business owners, founders, and decision-makers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule meetings and sales opportunities for the business development team.
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, conversion rates, and lead generation performance.
- Consistently achieve assigned lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, inside sales,



or digital marketing.
- Experience generating leads for digital marketing agencies, advertising firms, or web development companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and online research.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify target audiences and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
