Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated AI/ML Engineers with understanding of relevant in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate should possess understanding in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP/LLMs, and cloud-based AI solutions, with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases.
- Build and optimize Generative AI, NLP, and LLM-based applications.
- Work on predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable ML pipelines and workflow automation systems.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure model performance, monitoring, and continuous improvements through MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Conduct data analysis, experimentation, and performance optimization for enterprise scale solutions.




- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts
- Understanding of Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs Basics of Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face
- Knowledge of Predictive Modeling, Time-Series Forecasting, and Statistical Analysis
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
- Understanding of workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow/Prefect is an added advantage

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an agile, rapid-paced setting
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields
- Relevant certifications in AI, ML, Data Science, or Cloud technologies are a plus
