Job Title: Apparel Design & Development Assistant

Salary:
- Freshers: ₹17,000–₹18,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Starting from ₹23,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sample Development
- Coordinate with the sample room to ensure samples are developed on time.
- Ensure samples meet client requirements, including blocks, approved fabrics, and design specifications.
- Support the development of samples in collaboration with the design team.
2. Design Support
- Use Adobe Illustrator to assist with new design development.
- Support the creation and development of graphics and All-Over Prints (AOPs).
- Assist the design team with artwork and design-related activities.
3. Fabric Applications
- Identify and select suitable fabrics from the company's fabric library for new seasonal designs.
- Support fabric selection and application based on design requirements.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Report to the Head of Design.
- Participate in weekly design and development meetings.
- Provide regular updates on sample development and design progress.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
- Interest in fashion, textile, or apparel design.
- Basic understanding of fabric selection, graphics, and print development.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with the design and sample development teams.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with relevant knowledge of fashion design, textile design, apparel design, or a related field are preferred.
