Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Experience: 6–9 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. MBA/PGDM preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare project budgets, BOQs, quantity estimates and cost estimates.
- Verify contractor RA bills, site measurements, quantities and rates.
- Conduct rate analysis for extra items, variations and change orders.
- Monitor project costs, budget variances and quantities executed against BOQs.
- Prepare cost reports, quantity reconciliations and commercial comparisons.
- Support tendering, contractor finalization, value engineering and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Design and Procurement teams.
- Manage EOT, claims, final accounts and contractor settlements.
- Maintain records of BOQs, bills, variations and cost documentation.





Required Skills:

- Robust experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, billing and cost control.
- Ability to interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with QS/billing software.
- Knowledge of rate analysis, SOR, market rates and construction contracts.

Preferred Experience: Real estate, redevelopment, residential/commercial high-rise projects, and ERP-based cost management.

Salary: Negotiable; can be discussed during the interview based on experience and suitability.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
