Zorba Estates is a real estate company that helps people find suitable properties for sale and rent. We are looking for a Property Field Executive to identify available properties across Bengaluru and collect the necessary information for our property team.
Job Responsibilities
- Explore assigned areas to find properties available for sale or rent.
- Meet property owners and enquire about their available properties.
- Gather property information, including location, dimensions, expected price or rent, and contact details.
- Take property photographs with the owner's permission.
- Share property photos, location details, and other collected information with the concerned team.
- Verify property availability and inform the team about updates.
- Plan field visits efficiently and provide regular work updates.
Requirements
- Interest in fieldwork and real estate activities.
- Willingness to travel across different areas of Bengaluru.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru localities is an advantage.
- Kannada-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed salary of ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
- Company-provided travel allowance.
- Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
