About the Role: We are seeking detail-oriented Lease Abstractors and Lease Reviewers to join our growing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team in Chennai. In this role, you will analyze, interpret, and extract critical financial and legal data from complex commercial lease documents (Retail, Office, and Industrial) across global portfolios (US/UK/APAC markets).If you are an Abstractor looking to scale your career, or an experienced Reviewer capable of managing data quality assurance and client delivery, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities for Lease Abstractors:

- Thoroughly read and analyze complex commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and subleases.
- Extract and accurately populate critical data points into lease management systems.
- Identify and capture financial obligations including Base Rent, CPI Escalations, CAM, Real Estate Taxes, and Insurance.
- Abstracts legal clauses related to assignment, subletting, options, right of first refusal (ROFR), and termination.





For Lease Reviewers (Additional Responsibilities):

- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and 100% data validation on abstracts prepared by abstractors.
- Troubleshoot complex legal jargon and resolve discrepancies in lease financial data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and property management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Law (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, LLB) or equivalent.

Experience:

- Abstractor: Minimum 1+ years of core experience in US/UK/Global Commercial Lease Abstraction.
- Reviewer: 4+ years of experience with at least 1–2 years in a dedicated Quality Review / Team Lead capacity.
- Software Competency: Direct hands-on experience with at least one major Real Estate ERP (e.g., Visual Lease, Costar, Harbor Flex, Yardi).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRE terminology, financial escalations, CAM reconciliation, and lease accounting standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; hyper-focused attention to detail.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
