About the Role:

GoGeo Holidays Pvt Ltd is expanding its team! We are looking for energetic, professional, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our Kadavanthra office in Kochi. In this role, you will manage verified customer leads through our internal CRM system, curate customized Kerala tour packages, and consult domestic travelers to provide exceptional holiday experiences.

Prior experience in the travel industry is not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training. If you have solid overall professional experience, strong communication abilities, and an eagerness to earn attractive performance incentives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming inquiries and customer leads directly through the company’s CRM system.

* Understand client requirements, design customized Kerala tour packages, and present tailored itineraries.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to close bookings.

* Deliver accurate destination information, package inclusions, hotel options, and pricing with clarity.

* Coordinate smoothly with on-ground operations and partner hotels to ensure seamless trip delivery.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

* Experience: Minimum 4 years of total work experience in any skilled field (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, BPO, Hospitality,



Telemarketing, Corporate Client Handling).

* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are strictly required (working knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage).

* Tech Comfort: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate CRM tools, spreadsheets, and emails efficiently.

* Soft Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, proactive relationship building, and effective negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month (On-time monthly payout).

* Performance Incentives: Realistic incentive structure enabling earnings of ₹15,000 or more per month based on target achievement.
