About the Role:

- Onbyz is looking for a confident, proactive, and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to support our sales and business development activities. The role involves identifying potential customers, initiating business conversations, and generating qualified leads for our wide range of digital services.

- Initially, the candidate will be provided with a database of potential customers to initiate outreach. Over time, the candidate is expected to independently identify new business opportunities by researching companies, analysing their online presence, identifying potential areas for improvement, and connecting with relevant decision-makers to pitch Onbyz’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the database provided by the company.
- Identify and generate leads through telecalling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, email, and other relevant channels.
- Research businesses, websites, and their digital presence to identify potential opportunities for improvement or digital solutions.
- Proactively identify companies that could benefit from Onbyz’s services, including web development, web application development, e-commerce development, digital marketing, digital transformation, and other digital solutions.
- Connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers, and other decision-makers to introduce and pitch relevant Onbyz services.
- Understand prospective clients’ business needs and identify suitable services that align with their requirements.
- Initiate conversations around potential website issues, digital marketing opportunities, process inefficiencies, and other areas where digital solutions could add value.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and convert initial conversations into qualified business leads.




- Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Work towards assigned targets for outreach, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching customers, pitching services, and initiating business conversations.
- Solid research skills and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Familiarity with telecalling, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and customer prospecting.
- A basic understanding of digital services and a willingness to learn about the company's service offerings.
- Good persuasion, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Experience:

- - Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience in the IT services, web development, digital marketing, or technology solutions industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with B2B sales, LinkedIn prospecting, and pitching services to businesses is desirable.
