- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models of dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, and tooling components.
- Design HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) and GDC (Gravity Die Casting) dies as per customer and product requirements.
- Develop part models, die layouts, core and cavity designs, slides, ejector systems, and cooling systems.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, GD&T;, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance departments for tooling development and modifications.
- Review customer drawings and 3D models to identify design feasibility and manufacturing issues.
- Support new product development (NPD), tool trials, and sample approval activities.
- Analyse die-related problems such as flash, porosity, shrinkage, cracks, mismatch, and dimensional deviations, and implement design improvements.
- Prepare BOMs, tooling specifications,



and design documentation.
- Implement engineering changes and maintain the latest revisions of drawings and CAD models.
- Support tool maintenance, die repair, and tool life improvement activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, cycle-time improvement, and tooling standardisation.
- Ensure designs meet safety requirements, manufacturability, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with CNC/VMC programmers and machining teams to ensure drawings are suitable for manufacturing.
- Maintain design records, tooling history, and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
