We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer with hands-on experience in Digital Video Cameras and Lenses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PCB boards and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, calibration, and Level IV PCB repairs.
- Troubleshoot issues using technical manuals and replace defective components.
- Conduct routine calibration and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation and prepare accurate service reports.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics (BE Electronics, Other Electronics Related )
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in the electronic repair industry
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and understand schematics and perform electrical calibration
- Capable of independently handling multiple products and service requests
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
- Computer operating / Basic Networking
