Position Title: Technical Hostess / Farmer Assistance Guide

Location: HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, Telangana

Employment Type: Temporary / Short-term Contract (3 Days)

Target Candidates: Freshers, Final-year Students, or Recent Graduates in Veterinary, Animal Health, or Animal Nutrition streams.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Hostesses / Booth Guides to join our team at the upcoming Poultry Expo in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the face of our booth, welcoming visitors—primarily poultry farmers and industry stakeholders—guiding them through our products, and providing primary technical guidance on animal health and nutrition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome & Engage Visitors: Warmly greet farmers, trade visitors, and industry professionals visiting our booth.
- Farmer Guidance & Support: Understand farmers' queries regarding poultry health, feed, and nutrition, and direct them to appropriate technical experts or product solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Assist in explaining core concepts of animal health products, feed additives, and nutritional supplements in simple terms.
- Lead Collection & Registration: Assist visitors with registration, collect contact details,



and gather query details for post-event follow-up.
- Booth Coordination: Maintain the neatness of the display area, manage brochure distribution, and ensure smooth visitor flow within the booth.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Degree/Diploma in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc), Animal Husbandry, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
- Experience Level: Freshers and current university students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi (essential to converse effectively with local farmers).
- Working knowledge of English (for internal team communication).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and the ability to explain technical animal health topics in accessible language.
- Availability: Must be fully available on all 3 days (November 25 to 27, 2026) from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Remuneration & Advantages

- Competitive daily stipend / fixed pay per day.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per day
