Location: Kaimur& Rohtas, Bihar
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Area Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, customer handling, or business development.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Generate recent leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to ensure timely conversions.




- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries.
- Prepare regular sales and market activity reports.

Requirements & Qualification

- B.Sc. in Agriculture is mandatory.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office/Google tools.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Candidates comfortable travelling within Patna and nearby areas are preferred.
