Job Overview

The Dental / Medical Equipment Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting CEAPAY’s dental technology kits and relevant medical equipment to dental clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres and other healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach dental clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships with dentists, clinic owners, procurement teams and healthcare administrators.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Arrange product demonstrations and coordinate technical support when required.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and after-sales support.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and purchase documentation.
- Follow up on enquiries, demonstrations, negotiations and orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams regarding product availability and delivery.
- Maintain customer databases and sales pipeline records.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business,



Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of medical, dental or healthcare equipment sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with B2B sales experience and robust customer-facing skills may also be considered.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly sales revenue and collections.
- Number of clinics and healthcare institutions contacted.
- Product demonstrations completed.
- Orders secured and customer conversion rate.
- Customer retention and follow-up quality.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
