Job Location: Sultanate of Oman

The above-mentioned positions are for MOH (Ministry of Health) Hospital Projects in the Sultanate of Oman. Selected candidates will be recruited to work in Oman under the company's employment visa and benefits package.

Position: HVAC & MEP Technician

Educational Qualification

- Minimum SSC (10th Pass).
- Recognized ITI/Trade Certificate in a relevant technical trade (2–3 years).

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-certification work experience in facility maintenance, preferably in hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, or large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out installation, operation, commissioning,



troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Maintain electrical power distribution systems, including LT panels, DBs, and associated electrical equipment.
- Operate and maintain diesel generators (DG sets) and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Perform basic plumbing and drainage system maintenance and repairs.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot fire-fighting systems and related equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS) in healthcare facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure effective operation of all MEP systems.
- Identify technical faults, carry out corrective maintenance, and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and hospital maintenance protocols.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Practical knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Knowledge of commissioning and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with hospital utility systems, particularly medical gas and fire-fighting systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineering and facility management teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
