We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Stock Market Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, engage potential clients, and convert prospects into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Market Knowledge - Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Indian stock market and its operations. - Understand fundamental and technical analysis, equity markets, derivatives, and trading concepts. - Possess knowledge of international financial markets and instruments, including forex and commodities, where applicable. - Explain financial market concepts and training programmes clearly to prospective clients. 2. Lead Generation and Business Development - Generate leads through telephone calls, online platforms, referrals, networking, and other business development activities. - Identify potential customers interested in stock market education and financial market training. - Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and explain the company's services. - Convert qualified leads into enrolments, customers, and business opportunities. - Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion rates. 3. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Conduct meetings with potential clients whenever necessary. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programmes. - Maintain skilled communication and provide timely responses to client enquiries. - Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrolment process. 4.



Sales and Revenue Generation - Work towards achieving monthly business development and revenue targets assigned by the management. - Promote the company's stock market training programmes and related services. - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. - Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, enrolments, and sales conversions. - Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to increase revenue. 5. Market Research and Reporting - Stay updated on developments in Indian and international financial markets. - Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business development activities. - Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's designated systems. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred. - Candidates with relevant financial market certifications or practical experience will have an added advantage. - A strong understanding of stock market concepts is essential. Experience - Previous experience in stock market operations, financial services, trading education, brokerage, or financial market business development is preferred. - Candidates with experience in both Indian and international financial markets will be given preference. - Experience in lead generation, telesales, client acquisition, and business development will be an added advantage. - Freshers with strong financial market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work towards business targets may also apply. Required Skills - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of stock market concepts and financial instruments. - Excellent lead generation, sales, negotiation, and client conversion skills. - Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple language. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
