Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced senior engineer – billing & planning – for our road construction project. The candidate will handle project billing, quantity surveying, planning, progress monitoring, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Handle BOQ analysis, quantity estimation, and reconciliation.
- Verify site measurements and Measurement Book (MB) entries.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare rate analysis, variation claims, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, clients, and consultants.
- Change of Scope (COS) Management
- Extension of Time (EOT) Preparation
- Project Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Site Team
Key Skills:
- Client and subcontractor billing
- Quantity surveying and BOQ analysis
- MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project/Primavera P6
- Planning, cost control, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of highway/road project billing & Planning
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Experience: Candidates with road/highway construction project experience and solid knowledge of billing and planning will be preferred.
