Job Description

Finance & Accounts Manager – Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

Location: New Delhi

Reports To: Management / Promoter

Role Purpose

Act as single point of contact for all accounts, finance, and fund flow matters across the group's entities, ensuring robust financial control, timely reporting, and disciplined cash/fund management.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting across entities
- Monitor and control daily/weekly fund flow, cash positions, and working capital
- Review and approve payment requests, vendor disbursements, and fund transfers as per authority matrix
- Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, credit limits, and other banking facilities
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, audits, and internal financial controls (IFC)




- Drive variance analysis, profitability tracking, and cost optimization across businesses
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and legal counsel as required
- Build and manage a small accounts/finance team, ensuring accountability and process discipline

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years' experience in FP&A;, controllership, and fund management
- Proven experience in fund flow/cash management and payment approval authority (not just accounting/reporting)
- Exposure to manufacturing/trading businesses preferred (working capital, LC-based imports, vendor payment cycles)
- Strong on SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work directly with promoters

- Experience across multiple group entities/businesses
- Exposure to IFRS/Ind-AS reporting

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
