Fixgrow Digital is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses build their brand, improve their online presence, and grow through creative content and digital marketing strategies.

We work on social media management, content creation, digital advertising, branding, and online marketing for businesses across different industries.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern who wants to gain practical experience by working on real client projects and learning how a digital marketing agency operates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Assist in managing Instagram and Facebook business pages.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories.
- Help maintain social media content calendars.
- Monitor comments, engagement, and basic page performance.

2. Content Planning and Ideas

- Research trending content, reels, and industry-related topics.
- Suggest creative content ideas for different clients.
- Assist in preparing monthly content plans.
- Help develop hooks, captions, and calls to action for social media posts.

3. Content Creation Coordination

- Coordinate with the design and video editing team.
- Assist in preparing creative briefs for posters, reels, and carousel posts.
- Help organize client photos, videos, logos, and other content assets.
- Ensure content is published according to the approved calendar.

4. Digital Marketing

- Learn the fundamentals of social media marketing.




- Assist with basic competitor research and audience research.
- Understand the basics of Meta Ads and digital campaign planning.
- Assist in tracking campaign results and preparing simple performance reports.

5. Research and Reporting

- Research competitors, market trends, and potential content opportunities.
- Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and profile visits.
- Assist in preparing weekly or monthly social media reports.
- Suggest improvements based on content performance.

6. Team and Client Coordination

- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Help collect content requirements and approvals from clients.
- Maintain organized records of content, tasks, and publishing schedules.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Interest in Instagram, Facebook, online branding, and content marketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to suggest new ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, or analytics is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage assigned tasks responsibly.





Freshers and candidates who have completed a digital marketing course are welcome to apply. Previous agency experience is not mandatory.
