We are looking for an experienced Pipe Stress Engineer with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including extensive hands-on experience in CAESAR II, to perform piping stress analysis for complex EPC projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling stress analysis activities from concept to detailed engineering and site support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II for static and dynamic load cases including thermal, sustained, wind, seismic, slug flow, PSV reaction, and water hammer.
- Develop, analyze, and validate CAESAR II models for complex piping systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, B31.1, B31.4, B31.8, EN codes, and client specifications.
- Conduct flexibility analysis, stress critical line studies, and nozzle load checks for rotating and static equipment.
- Design and optimize piping supports, including rigid supports, spring hangers, constant supports, snubbers, and expansion joints.
- Review piping layouts, isometrics, and support drawings and provide stress-related recommendations.
- Perform dynamic analysis (seismic, wind, vibration, relief valve forces)



using CAESAR II.
- Prepare and review stress calculation reports, stress summaries, and technical documentation for client and third-party approval.
- Coordinate with piping layout, mechanical, civil, and equipment teams to resolve stress and layout issues.
- Provide construction and site engineering support, including field modifications and stress re-validation.
- Guide and mentor junior stress engineers and review their CAESAR II models and calculations.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in piping stress analysis using CAESAR II (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of piping stress fundamentals and international codes.
- Proven ability to independently handle complex stress models in CAESAR II.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or LNG projects.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
