Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidates should have recent telesales experience, excellent communication skills in both Hindi and Gujarati, and the ability to engage customers, handle objections, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales through effective communication.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are also welcome.
- 8 months to 1 year of recent experience in telesales or outbound calling.
- Fluency in both Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
