Shishu Tirtha School is looking for a caring, responsible, patient and attentive Mother Teacher to take care of young children and assist the main class teacher in the pre-primary section.
The ideal candidate should be affectionate towards children and capable of maintaining a secure, clean, comfortable and child-friendly classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take care of students and ensure their safety and well-being during school hours.
- Help children eat their tiffin and assist them during lunchtime, whenever required.
- Assist young children with their daily routines, including handwashing, maintaining cleanliness and using the washroom, as appropriate.
- Support the main class teacher during classroom activities and help maintain discipline.
- Help children settle down in the classroom and participate in daily learning activities.
- Assist the teacher in managing students during classroom activities, playtime and other school activities.
- Monitor children during breaks and ensure that they remain safe and supervised.
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the classroom.
