Job Summary

The Academic Counclor will be responsible for managing student inquiries, counselling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong interest in sales, student counselling, and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Handle incoming student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

⁠ ⁠Counsel students and parents about cybersecurity courses, career opportunities, course structures, and admission procedures.

⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.

⁠ ⁠Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and enrollment status.

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents,



and educational institutions.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and academic teams to improve admission conversions.

⁠ ⁠Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and ensure timely completion of admission formalities.

⁠ ⁠Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the student admission journey.

⁠ ⁠Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
