Accountable Manager – RPTO & Drone Academy

Roles and Responsibilities

- Overall Management: Oversee the overall functioning of the RPTO and Drone Academy, ensuring smooth operations, effective resource utilisation, and achievement of organisational objectives.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable DGCA regulations, RPTO approval conditions, aviation safety requirements, and statutory guidelines.

- Training Management: Supervise drone pilot training programmes, ensuring quality training delivery, effective assessments, and adherence to approved training procedures.

- Safety Management: Implement safety procedures, risk assessments, emergency protocols, and incident reporting mechanisms for all drone training and flight operations.

- Operational Management: Manage daily academy activities, training schedules, infrastructure, equipment, and coordination between departments.

- Team Management: Supervise instructors, technical personnel, and administrative staff, ensuring appropriate qualifications, competency, performance, and accountability.

- Financial Management: Monitor operational budgets, training revenue, expenditure, procurement, and resource utilisation to maintain financial efficiency.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic operational reviews, monitor training standards, address audit findings, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Coordination:



Coordinate with DGCA, aviation authorities, drone manufacturers, educational institutions, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain training records, compliance documents, operational reports, and safety records, providing regular performance updates to senior management.

- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand training programmes, increase student enrolment, establish industry partnerships, and improve academy performance.

- Overall Accountability: Ensure the RPTO and Drone Academy operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
