Job Title: MEP Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, quality inspections, material planning, and ensuring that all MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations at project sites.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and interior fit-out teams.
- Supervise electrical wiring, cable trays, lighting, distribution panels, earthing, and related installations.
- Monitor HVAC systems, ventilation, ducting, and mechanical equipment installation, where applicable.
- Supervise plumbing, drainage, water supply, sanitary fixtures, and associated piping works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and quality checks.
- Identify and resolve technical clashes and site execution issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Assist with BOQ preparation,



quantity take-offs, estimation, billing, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, applicable codes, quality requirements, and EHS standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in MEP execution and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP drawings, installation methods, and site coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP coordination practices.
- Experience in quantity estimation, BOQs, material planning, and contractor billing.
- Positive communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects.
- HVAC, fire-fighting, ELV, and building services coordination, depending on project requirements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
