Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, generate reports, and support business operations. The ideal candidate must have strong Advanced Excel skills, Python and SQL knowledge, an understanding of cloud platforms, and practical experience using AI tools and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
- Use MS Excel and Advanced Excel for data analysis, formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and reporting.
- Write Python scripts and SQL queries to process, analyze, and retrieve data.
- Automate repetitive data-processing and reporting tasks.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to improve data analysis and workflow efficiency.
- Work with cloud-based platforms and data storage tools.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.

Mandatory Skills

- MS Excel & Advanced Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning,



and reporting.
- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office applications.
- Python: Basic scripting, data manipulation, and automation.
- SQL: Writing queries, filtering data, joins, and aggregations.
- Cloud Computing: Basic understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-based data tools.
- AI Tools: Practical use of AI tools to support data analysis and productivity.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to write effective prompts for data-related tasks.
- Analytical Skills: Logical reasoning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to explain findings clearly and work collaboratively.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or data operations.
- Ability to handle datasets accurately and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and AI-powered tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with database management and data automation.
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics and reporting workflows.
