Job Title: Telecaller – Tamil & Kannada Language proficiency
Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, valuable English communication skills, and proficiency in Tamil and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate with clients in English, Tamil, and Kannada.
- Follow up with clients and respond to their queries.
- Follow up and maintain calling records and update client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce.
- Prior experience in inbound and outbound telecalling.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
