NewHair combines technology, personalised recommendations and ongoing customer care.
We are looking for a BHMS Doctor to be the clinical voice of NewHair — someone who reviews patient concerns, guides them with care and prescribes the right products for each case.
HOW WE HANDLE EVERY CASE
1. Review & guide: Understand the concern, guide, prescribe.
2. Major case? Discuss it with the dermatologist first.
3. Proceed with approval: Everything is followed only after her approval.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Understand each patient's hair and scalp concerns, history and symptoms.
- Guide patients on hair-care routines, lifestyle habits and correct product usage.
- Recommend and prescribe NewHair products suited to each patient's concern.
- Identify major or complex cases and discuss them with the dermatologist.
- Follow the treatment plan for such cases only after the dermatologist's approval.
- Follow up with patients, track progress and adjust recommendations within approved guidance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes, with strict confidentiality.
- Support the customer-care and marketing teams on safe product guidance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- BHMS degree from a recognised university with valid registration.
- Good understanding of hair and scalp concerns; interest in trichology or dermatology is preferred.
- Clear, empathetic communication that makes patients feel heard and confident.
- Sound clinical judgement and the discipline to escalate major cases to the dermatologist.
- Strong attention to detail in prescriptions, records and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and a technology-led care model.
Experience in a hair, skin or wellness clinic will be an advantage.
