Viswartha Agri and Allied Multi-State Cooperative Society is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead our accounting operations, financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions as we expand our financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial statements, and MIS reporting.
- Oversee deposit and loan accounting, interest calculations, and collection reconciliations.
- Handle budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Coordinate statutory audits, taxation, and applicable regulatory compliance.
- Establish strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Monitor financial performance, operating costs, and product profitability.
- Coordinate with branches, auditors, banks, and management.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
Experience:



3–8 years in Accounts & Finance.
Preferred Background: Cooperative societies, NBFCs, banks, microfinance institutions, or other financial services organisations.
kills: Robust accounting knowledge, MS Excel, financial reporting, taxation, audit coordination, and accounting software.
