Prepare Bills : Create bills for contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. This includes bills of materials, bills of quantities, and subcontractor bills.
Coordinate with site team: Take measurements from site engineers, and track progress to ensure accurate billing.
Analyze drawings: Analyze engineering drawings, and derive quantities.
Prepare schedules: Prepare bar bending schedules, quantity sheets, and quantity statements.
