Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of experience in staff augmentation, IT recruitment, and workforce management. The candidate will be responsible for fulfilling client staffing requirements, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with clients and candidates, and ensuring timely deployment of suitable IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff augmentation requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and recruitment networks.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate salary packages, and manage offer closures.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and staffing reports.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, deployment, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors,



and consultants.
- Track recruitment KPIs, fulfilment timelines, and joining ratios.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer acceptance, and joining commitments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client staffing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in IT staff augmentation or staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and workforce deployment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
