Senior Admission Expert (UG)

The Role

As an Undergraduate Admissions Expert, you will lead a student’s undergraduate admissions journey, shaping application strategy, guiding profile development, and ensuring every decision aligns with what top universities are looking for. This is a strategy and advisory role, not line-by-line essay editing. You will also mentor junior Admission Experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy and planning: Build Reach, Target, and Safety shortlists using the data tools. Advise on country-specific systems (holistic US vs. subject-focused UK). Own timelines for testing, essays, portals, documents, and financial submissions.
- Profile and narrative: Define each student’s core story and positioning. Guide them toward high-impact extracurriculars (research, leadership, internships, competitions). Lead essay brainstorming before drafting begins.
- Application management: Guide students on Common App, UCAS, OUAC, and other portals. Run mock interviews with targeted feedback. Coordinate transcripts, LORs, and financial certifications.
- Client and parent management: Be the primary point of contact for high-expectation, high-ticket families. Share data-backed updates,



and align students and parents on university choices and goals.
- Team contribution: Mentor junior experts and share best practices and admit patterns.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in undergraduate admissions counselling
- Experience handling high-ticket clients
- Track record of helping students gain admission to Ivy League and top universities
- Robust knowledge of global UG requirements, evaluation criteria, and rankings
- Analytical approach to assessing profiles, strengths, gaps, and risks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; high ownership and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple student journeys in a fast-paced setting
