HVAC Design, Estimation & Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. HVAC Design

- Perform HVAC heat load calculations and equipment selection.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Assist in designing HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, chillers, ductable units, and ventilation systems.

2. Estimation & BOQ

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material quantity take-offs.
- Develop project cost estimates, rate analysis, and techno-commercial quotations.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for estimation purposes.
- Ensure accuracy in quantities, costing, and budget preparation.

3. Purchase & Procurement

- Handle HVAC material procurement as per project requirements.




- Obtain and compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.

4. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and vendors.
- Provide technical support to site teams regarding HVAC design and materials.
- Maintain estimation, procurement, and project-related documentation.
